I provide training courses in Strengths-Based working for health, social care, education and voluntary sector early years professionals and managers to help them connect better with themselves, their colleagues and their clients, providing better clinical outcomes and work satisfaction.
I have also developed a range of clinical courses on the science of early years to support good clinical practice in early years working. These courses have grown out of my 25 years experience of working clinically in this field of psychology.
